We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Sales team. This candidate will be responsible and accountable as Director of Sales and Business Development. You will be responsible for leading our domestic U.S. sales efforts in establishing new account relationships and maintaining relationships with your designated accounts.  In addition, you will be responsible for leading the growth of existing accounts, expanding our sales into new areas, and assisting Product Line Managers in their efforts to provide Engineering with product development guidance.  Compensation Includes Base Salary + Commission, and Benefits.


Location:  East Coast – Work Remote or from our NJ location



External Sales and Channel development with regional and accountbased customers
Direct Sales interacting with customers at multiple levels.
Identify viable opportunities to win business on OEM and carrier wireless products
Guide forecasting, planning, and price negotiations with customers
Customer Relationship Management
Business Development
Supporting RFPs & Proposal Management
Product Development, working with Product Line Manager, customers, and engineers to develop products to meet customer needs.
Travel required to develop and maintain key relationships



10+ years of proven working experience or relevant experience in OEM and carrier wireless products, with focus on Antenna
Experience in Business Development and Sales in a teambased environment
Experience with forecasting planning and negotiating
Excellent written and verbal skills exhibiting timeliness
Excellent technical knowledge of antennas and wireless industry
